早期护理干预在婴幼儿发育性髋关节异常中的实施效果探究与分析

Research and Analysis about the effect of early nursing intervention in infants with developmental hip joint abnormality

目的分析对于婴幼儿发育性髋关节异常患儿通过运用早期护理干预的临床效果。方法抽取2017年3月~2019年11月本院74例婴幼儿发育性髋关节异常患儿,按随机分为对照组及观察组,对照组患儿运用常规护理干预,观察组患儿则改为采用早期护理干预。结果观察组患儿护理后髋关节异常率为5.41%,对照组为40.54%,且P<0.05。结论针对婴幼儿发育性髋关节异常开展早期护理干预有利于改善患儿的髋关节异常情况。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of early nursing intervention on infants with developmental dysplasia of hip.Methods From March 2017 to November 2019,74 children with developmental dysplasia of hip in our hospital were selected and divided into groups according to the nursing differences.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received early nursing intervention instead.Results The abnormal rate of hip joint was 5.41%in the observation group and 40.54%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Early nursing intervention for infant developmental dysplasia of hip is helpful to improve the situation of dysplasia of hip.
