OSAHS患者合并高血红蛋白血症的临床分析

Clinical analysis about patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome combined with high hemoglobin disease

目的分析阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者高血红蛋白发生率及相关因素。方法我们对2018年l月至2018年12月在克拉玛依市中心医院呼吸科睡眠中心住院的101例(男性93例,女性8例)OSAHS患者进行整夜多导睡眠监测及血氧监测,进行血液分析、血气分析及肺功能测定,患者平均年龄(50.2±10.4)岁,呼吸暂停指数(AHI)(38.3±21.1)次/h。结果轻、中、重度OSAHS患者组中高血红蛋白发生率分别为8.0%、9.0%、22.8%。OSAHS患者轻、中、重度低氧血症组中高血红蛋白发生率分别为5.9%、6.9%、16.8%。结论OSAHS患者高血红蛋白发生率为40.6%。高血红蛋白发生率随呼吸紊乱程度和低氧程度的加重而增高。

Objective To analyze the incidence of high hemoglobin and related factors in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods Overnight PSG and Overnight Pulse Oximetry were performed in the 101 patients(93 male and 8 female)with OSAHS admitted in the respiratory and critical Care center of the Karamay Central Hospital,from January 2018 to December 2018.Blood analysis,blood gas analysis and lung function tests were performed.For the total patients,the average age was(50.2±10.4)years,the apnea index(AHI)was(38.3±21.1)times/hour.Results The incidence of hyperhemoglobin in the mild,moderate,and severe OSAHS patients were 8.0%,9.0%and 22.8%respectively.The incidence of hyperhemoglobin in the mild,moderate,and severe hypoxemia groups with OSAHS were 5.9%,6.9%and 16.8%respectively.Conclusions The incidence of hyperhemoglobin in patients with OSAHS is40.6%.The incidence of hyperhemoglobin increased with the severity of sleep disorder breathing and hypoxia.
