舌癌术后采用两种基础口腔护理方法的效果比较

目的比较口腔冲洗加擦拭法与口腔擦拭法在舌癌患者术后口腔基础护理的效果。方法将2017年1月至2018年10月在本院诊断为舌癌的患者,按住院先后顺序随机把行舌癌根治术后的47例患者分为两组:对照组24例患者,采用生理盐水棉球按常规操作方法护理口腔。试验组23例患者,先用1%双氧水冲洗后再用生理盐水棉球擦拭护理口腔。对两组患者就口腔清洁度、舒适度、口腔异味及口腔细菌菌落数进行比较。结果两组患者分别进行口腔护理一周后:试验组患者口腔的清洁度高于对照组(P<0.05),口腔的舒适度高于对照组(P<0.05),口腔异味低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组口腔细菌的菌落数低于对照组(P<0.05),两组差异有统计学意义。结论对于舌癌术后的患者行口腔护理时,先用1%双氧水冲洗后再用生理盐水棉球擦拭口腔的方法有利于降低伤口感染的发生,增加患者的舒适度,能够起到较好的基础护理效果。

Objective To compare the effect of oral irrigation plus wiping method and oral wiping method in oral basic nursing care of patients with tongue cancer after operation.Methods 47 patients with tongue cancer diagnosed in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of hospitalization:24 patients in the control group were treated with normal saline cotton ball,and the oral cavity was nursed according to the routine operation method.In the experimental group,23 patients were washed with 1%hydrogen peroxide and then cleaned with normal saline cotton ball.The two groups of patients on oral cleanliness,comfort,oral odor and oral bacterial colony count were compared.Results After one week of oral care,the oral cleanliness of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the comfort of the oral cavity was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the odor of the mouth was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the number of bacterial colonies in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with tongue cancer after oral care,the method of washing with 1%hydrogen peroxide and then wiping the mouth with normal saline cotton ball is conducive to reduce the incidence of wound infection,increase the comfort of patients,and can play a better basic nursing effect.
