摘要
目的探讨标准化急救护理对急性缺血性脑卒中溶栓时间窗的影响。方法资料选择2017年10月-2019年9月间本院收治的160例急性缺血性脑卒中患者,依照入院时间先后顺序将患者分为对照组与研究组,每组80例,对照组采用常规急救护理模式,研究组采用标准化急救护理模式,对比不同急救护理模式的临床效果。结果研究组患者静脉开放时间、CT完成时间、溶栓DNT均显著小于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者48 h溶栓率为83.75%(67/80)显著高于对照组为56.25%(45/80)(P<0.05);研究组NIHSS评分在溶栓后2h、溶栓后24h、溶栓后7d、溶栓后14d时间段均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论标准化急救护理模式流程的建立,显著缩短患者静脉开放时间、CT完成时间、溶栓DNT时间,提高溶栓治疗效果,减少患者神经功能损伤小,可进行推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of standardized emergency care on thrombolytic time window in acute ischemic stroke.Methods The data selection from October 2017 to September 2019 of our hospital between 160 cases of acute ischemic stroke patients,in accordance with the admission time order divided the patients into the control group and the research group,80 cases in each group,the control group using conventional pattern of emergency care,using standardized emergency care mode,the team compared the clinical effect of different modes of emergency care.Results Vein opening time,CT completion time and thrombolysis DNT in the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of thrombolysis at 48 h in the study group was 83.75%(67/80),significantly higher than that of the control group 56.25%(45/80)(P<0.05).NIHSS score in the study group was lower than that of the control group at 2 h after thrombolysis,24 h after thrombolysis,7 d after thrombolysis and 14 d after thrombolysis(P<0.05).Conclusions The establishment of standardized first-aid nursing model can significantly shorten the patients’vein opening time,CT completion time and DNT time of thrombolysis,improve the therapeutic effect of thrombolysis,and reduce the neurological function damage of patients,which can be widely used.
