专职护理干预对鼻内镜下治疗鼻息肉和鼻窦炎患者负性情绪及并发症影响

Effect of full-time nursing intervention on negative emotion and complications of patients with nasal polyps and sinusitis treated under nasal endoscope

目的探讨专职护理干预对鼻内镜下治疗鼻息肉和鼻窦炎患者负性情绪及并发症影响。方法研究对象选取本院2018年1月到2020年1月间收治的鼻内镜下治疗鼻息肉和鼻窦炎患者100例,采用随机数字法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组各50例。试验组给予专职护理干预,对照组给予常规护理干预。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价两组患者负性情绪。统计两组入院时、术后1周的SCL-90、SDS评分。统计两组术后并发症发生情况。结果入院时,两组SCL-90各分量表评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1周,对照组SCL-90各分量表评分较入院时比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组SCL-90各分量表评分均显著低于入院时,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组SCL-90各分量表评分均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入院时,两组SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1周,两组SDS评分均显著低于入院时,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并且,试验组SDS评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率显著低于对照组。结论专职护理干预能够有效缓解鼻内镜下治疗鼻息肉和鼻窦炎患者的负性情绪,降低并发症发生率,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of full-time nursing intervention on the negative emotion and complications of patients with nasal polyps and sinusitis treated by nasal endoscope.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,100 patients with nasal polyps and sinusitis were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The experimental group was given full-time nursing intervention,while the control group was given routine nursing intervention.Symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the negative emotions of the two groups.The scores of SCL-90 and SDS at admission and 1 week after operation were statistically analyzed.The incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups was statistically analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in SCL-90 scores between the two groups(P>0.05).One week after operation,there was no significant difference in the scores of SCL-90 subscales in the control group compared with those at admission(P>0.05),while the scores of each subscale of SCL-90 in the experimental group were significantly lower than that of at admission(P<0.05).The scores of SCL-90 in the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).At admission,there was no significant difference in SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).One week after operation,SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than that of at admission(P<0.05).Moreover,the SDS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusions Full time nursing intervention can effectively relieve the negative emotions of patients with nasal polyps and sinusitis under nasal endoscope,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
