Technical and Tactical Analysis of Zhao Shuai in the 2019 World Taekwondo Championship

目的对赵帅在2019年世界跆拳道锦标赛中技战术运用情况进行统计分析,为其日常训练比赛提出科学合理的建议。方法通过文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法等研究方法对赵帅技术特征进行分析总结。结果与结论赵帅在比2019年世锦赛中使用率最高的是2分的横踢与推踢技术,3分和4分的旋转技术的使用率偏低但成功率较高;赵帅前腿技术的运用率虽然较高,但得分率不如后腿技术;新规则驱使赵帅旋转技术的使用率提高,但其关键局的犯规次数逐渐增多。

Objective To make a statistical analysis of Zhao Shuai's application of techniques and tactics in the World Taekwondo Championship in 2019,and to put forward scientific and reasonable suggestions for his daily training and competition.Methods Through literature review,video observation,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the technical characteristics of Zhao Shuai were analyzed and summarized.Results and Conclusion Compared with the world championships in 2019,Zhao Shuai has the highest utilization rate of turning kick and push kick with 2-points,while the utilization rate of spin kick with 3-points and 4-points was low,but the success rate was high.Although Zhao Shuai's application rate of foreleg technique was higher,his scoring rate was lower than that of hind leg technique.The new rules drive Zhao Shuai to improve the utilization rate of spin technology,but the number of fouls in key innings was gradually increasing.
