摘要
在2020国企管理年会上,中国国际税收研究会学术委员会副主任靳东升作主题报告时指出,国有企业要成为有竞争力的市场主体,就需要加快发展现代产业体系,推动经济体系优化升级。要从提升产业链供应链现代化水平,发展战略性新兴产业,加快发展现代服务业,统筹推进基础设施建设,加快数字化发展等5个方面不断努力。
Jin Dongsheng,deputy secretary-general of China International Taxation Research Institute of the State Administration of Taxation,pointed out in his keynote address at the 2020 SOE Management Annual Conference that SOEs need to accelerate the development of modern industrial system and promote the optimization and upgrading of the economic system in order to become competitive market entities.Efforts should be made by modernize industrial chains and supply chains,develop strategic emerging industries,accelerate the development of modern service industries,promote infrastructure construction in a coordinated way,and accelerate digital development.
