The influencing factors of biomechanical parameters about rat skull

摘要 目的探讨大鼠颅骨生物力学参数的影响因素。方法选取健康Sprague Dawley(SD)大鼠54只,24只雄性大鼠均分为-4、4、25及65℃温度组,12只大鼠(雌雄性各半)均分为雄性组和雌性组,18只雄性大鼠均分为1、5及10 mm/min压缩速率组,麻醉处死所有大鼠,制作大鼠头颅模型;采用电子万能材料试验机检测各组大鼠颅骨极限载荷、压缩强度及压缩模量的大小。结果 -4℃组大鼠颅骨的极限载荷、压缩强度及压缩模量参数均值分别高于4、25及65℃组(P<0.05),4℃组大鼠颅骨的极限载荷、压缩强度参数均高于65℃组(P<0.05);雄性组大鼠颅骨的极限载荷和压缩强度参数均值分别高于雌性组(P<0.05);10 mm/min组大鼠颅骨的极限载荷和压缩强度参数高于与1 mm/min组(P<0.05)。结论温度、性别及压缩速率可对大鼠颅骨的极限载荷、压缩强度及压缩模量3个生物力学参数产生影响。 Objective To explore the factors influencing the biomechanical parameters of rat skull.Methods Fifty four healthy SD rats were selected( males,n = 48;females,n = 6). Twenty four male rats were divided into-4,4,25,and 65 ℃ temperature groups. Twelve rats( 6 females and 6 males) were divided into male and female groups. Eighteen male rats were divided into 1,5,and10 mm/min compression rate groups. All rats were killed by anesthesia to make rat skull models. The electronic universal material testing machine was used to detect the ultimate load,compression strength and the sizes of compression modulus of the skulls in each group. Results The average values of the ultimate load,compressive strength,and compressive modulus parameters of the skulls in the-4 ℃group were higher than those in the 4,25,and 65 ℃ groups( P < 0. 05). The ultimate load and compressive strength parameters of the skulls in the 4 ℃ group were higher than those in 65 ℃ group( P < 0. 05). Similarly,the ultimate load and compressive strength parameters of the skulls in male group were higher than those of the female group( P < 0. 05). In addition,the ultimate load and compressive strength parameters of the skulls in 10 mm/min group were greater than those in 1 mm/min group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Temperature,gender,and compression rate can affect the rat skull’s ultimate load,compressive strength and compressive modulus.
