摘要
目的应用瞬时弹性成像技术(transient elastography,TE)对非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝(NAFL)的客户进行检测,分析肝脏硬度值(E)与γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)之间的差异性。方法选取2017年3月至2018年2月在本体检中心进行体检的非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝(NAFL)人员,进行腹部超声检查,并使用FibroScan瞬时弹性扫描设备检测肝脏硬度值(E),抽血化验γ-GT,ALT,AST,TC,TG,HDL,LDL。结果肝脏硬度值(E)与γ-GT,ALT、AST有相关性(P<0.05);与TC,TG,HDL,LDL无相关性(P>0.05)。结论目前,TE技术是唯一一项完全无创、无痛,对肝脏无损伤的评估与监测脂肪肝的量化工具。肝脏硬度值与肝功指标之间有相关性。
Objective To apply transient elastography(transient)which is used to analyze the differences between liver hardness(E)andγ-glutamyltranspeptidase(γ-GT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL)and low density lipoprotein(LDL).Methods From March 2017 to February 2018,non-alcoholic simple fatty liver(NAFL)personnel who had physical examination in our physical examination center were selected for abdominal ultrasound examination.The liver hardness value(E)was detected by Fibro Scan instantaneous elastic scanning equipment.The blood samples were taken forγ-GT,alt,AST,TC,TG,HDL and LDL.Results Liver hardness(E)was correlated withγ-GT,ALT and AST(P<0.05),but not with TC,TG,HDL and LDL(P>0.05).Conclusions At present,Te is the only non-invasive,painless and noninvasive quantitative tool for the assessment and monitoring of fatty liver.There was a correlation between liver stiffness and liver function.
