慢性牙周炎患者外周血IL-17、IFN-γ及Th17细胞的水平分析

Analysis of the IL-17,IFN-γ and Th17 cells levels in patients with chronic periodontitis

目的探讨慢性牙周炎患者外周血IL-17、IFN-γ及Th17细胞的分布水平。方法收集2017年6月至2019年12月在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院口腔科就诊的慢性牙周炎患者51例,同时纳入健康对照51例,通过流式细胞技术,检测慢性牙周炎和牙周健康者外周血中Th1,Th17及IL-17、IFN-γ及Th17的分布水平。结果慢性牙周炎患者外周血IL-17、IFN-γ及Th17细胞与健康组差异无统计学意义。IL-17、IFN-γ及Th17细胞表达与Th17细胞呈正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论IL-17、IFN-γ及Th17细胞与牙周炎关系还有待进一步明确。

Objective To explore the distributed level of IL-17,IFN-γand Th17 cells in peripheral blood of patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods The frequency of peripheral IL-17,IFN-γand Th17 cells in peripheral blood of patients with chronic periodontitis were analyzed by flow cytometry.Results The IL-17,IFN-γand Th17 cells in peripheral blood between the chronic periodontitis group and the healthy group showed no significant difference.The expression of IL-17,IFN-γand Th17 cells was synchronically associated with Th17 cells(P<0.01).Conclusions Further investigation is urgently needed for the relationship between IL-17,IFN-γand Th17 cells and periodontitis.
