影响护士参与多点执业的原因及分析

The reasons and countermeasures about nurses refusing to participate in multi-point practice in Xinjiang

目的了解新疆地区106名护士不愿参与多点执业的影响因素,为进一步实施护士多点执业提供可参考依据。方法用自行设计的调查问卷对新疆地区13个地州的2290名护理人员进行现况调查。共发放调查问卷2310份,回收2290份,回收率100%,有效率99.13%。问卷的内部一致性信度Cronbahsα为0.852;问卷的内容由5名疆内护理专家进行评定,内容效度CVI值为0.896。结果 106名(占总调研人数的4.63%)护士不愿参与多点执业;护士不愿多点执业的原因主要是第一执业地点工作繁忙,压力大,没有精力参与多点执业(占54.72%)。除外以上原因,还有担心职业安全不能得到、极少部分护士认为现有工作可以满足需求等;护士多点执业的的多因素分析,性别、班次、月收入做护士多点执业多因素线性回归分析,R=0.371。结论在实施护士多点执业时,加强基层护士的培养。同时,建议卫生行政部门尽快出台相关制度,强化执业安全意识,不断规范服务行为,为群众提供高质量的护理服务。

Objective To investigated about the reasons that 106 nurses were unwilling to participate in multi-point practice in Xinjiang, and to provide references for the further implementation of the multi-point practice of nurses. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the current situation of 2290 nurses in 13 prefectures in Xinjiang. A total of 2310 questionnaires were distributed and 2290 were recovered, with the recovery rate of 100% and the effective rate of 99.13%. Cronbahs of the internal consistency reliability of the questionnaire was 0.852.The contents of the questionnaire were evaluated by 5 nursing experts in Xinjiang, and the CVI value of the content validity was 0.896. Results ①106 nurses(accounting for 4.63% of the total respondents)refused to participate in multi-point practice. ②The reason why nurses refuse multi-point practice was mainly that the first practice place was busy and stressed,and they had no energy to participate in multi-point practice(54.72%). ③Other reasons included concerns that occupational safety was not guaranteed and that few nurses thought that the existing jobs could meet demand. Gender, shift, monthly income were analyzed through multi-factor linear regression analysis(R = 0.371). Conclusions In the implementation of nurses’ multi-point practice, the training of primary nurses should be strengthened. At the same time, it is suggested that the public health administrative departments should set relevant policy as soon as possible, in order to strengthen the awareness of occupational safety, constantly standardize the service behaviors,finally to provide high-quality nursing services for the public.
