预防性护理模式在耳鼻喉疾病患者术后感染控制中的应用价值分析

Analysis about the application value of preventive nursing model in postoperative infection control of patients with otolaryngology

目的探究预防性护理模式在耳鼻喉疾病患者术后感染控制中的应用价值。方法以耳鼻喉疾病患者90例为对象,采用抽签法进行分组,其中45例是参照组,实施常规护理,45例是研究组,实施预防性护理模式,对比护理效果。结果对于术后感染率,研究组明显更低(P<0.05),形成统计学意义。研究组护理后的HAMA评分是(5.85±0.89),HAMD评分是(6.48±1.27);参照组护理后HAMA评分是(8.98±1.09),HAMD评分是(9.37±1.45)(P<0.05)。研究组护理后生活质量评分优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对于护理满意度,研究组明显更高(P<0.05),形成统计学意义。结论耳鼻喉疾病患者实施预防性护理模式,可缓解患者焦躁、抑郁等负性情绪,提高患者的生活质量,同时还可有效降低术后感染发生率,得到患者的满意评价,具有显著护理效果。

Objective To explore the application value about the preventive nursing model in postoperative infection control of patients at department of otolaryngology.Methods 90 cases of patients with ENT diseases were divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.Routine nursing was carried out in the routine group and preventive nursing model was implemented in the study group.Finally,the nursing effects were compared.Results The postoperative infection rate was significantly lower in the study group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.For the HAMA score and HAMD score after nursing,the study group was better(P<0.05),which formed statistical significance.For the quality of life score after nursing,the research group was significantly better(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.For nursing satisfaction,the research group was significantly higher(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusions The implementation of a preventive nursing model for patients with ENT disease can eliminate negative emotions,prevent postoperative infections,improve quality of life,and improve nursing satisfaction.The nursing effect is significant and can be promoted and used in clinical practice.
