探究心理护理和健康教育对冠心病心绞痛患者护理效果的调节作用

Investigate the effect of psychological nursing and health education on the nursing effect of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

目的探究实施心理护理和健康教育对冠心病心绞痛患者护理效果的调节作用。方法按照选用护理方法的不同,在新疆乌鲁木齐市友谊医院2017年11月至2019年5月收治的冠心病心绞痛患者当中选取58例。采用常规护理29例患者归入常规组,采用心理护理联合健康教育的29例患者归入实验组。对比两组患者护理前后的SAS、SDS评分、临床护理效果以及护理满意度。结果实验组患者护理后的SAS、SDS评分更接近正常水平;护理效果整体更佳;护理满意度得到显著提升,两组数据对比区别明显,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论在冠心病心绞痛患者护理中实施心理护理以及健康教育,患者的治疗心态改善效果明显,提升了临床护理效果,促进患者更好的接受治疗过程。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing and health education on the nursing effect of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods According to the choice of nursing methods,58 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were treated in Xinjiang Urumqi Friendship Hospital from November 2017 to May 2019.29 patients who received routine nursing care were included in the routine group,and 29 patients who received psychological nursing combined with health education were included in the study group.The SAS,SDS scores,clinical nursing effects,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients before and after nursing.Results The SAS and SDS scores of patients in the study group after nursing were closer to normal levels;the overall nursing effect was better;the satisfaction of nursing was significantly improved.The comparison between the two groups was significantly different,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusions Through psychological nursing and health education in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,the treatment mentality of patients is significantly improved,the clinical nursing effect is improved,and the patients receive better treatment process.
