高架桥下停车空间使用评价与优化策略研究——以青岛市胶宁高架桥沧口路段为例

Research on Use Evaluation and Optimization Strategy of Parking Space under Overpass

为了兼顾高架桥下停车使用和环境改善需求,该文通过分析高架桥下停车空间的使用主体与活动需求,结合文献归纳、调查问卷、层次分析法,构建以物质环境、文化特色、步行环境、停车偏好、停车管理、停车选址为评价准则的高架桥下停车空间使用评价体系。并对青岛市胶宁高架桥沧口路段展开实例研究,分析发现该路段综合评价良好,但在文化价值利用、桥下步行环境、功能多样性、公众参与方面亟需改善。

In order to take into account the need for both parking and space environment improvement under overpasses,this paper established a use evaluation system for parking space under overpasses using the evaluation codes of physical environment,cultural features,walking environment,parking preference,parking management,and parking location,by way of analyzing the use subjects and activity demands of the parking space under overpasses and employing tools of literature summary,questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process.What’s more,this paper made a case study on the Cangkou Rd.section under Jiaoning overpass in Qingdao,and it’s found that the section had a good comprehensive evaluation,except that it calls for a much-needed improvement in cultural value utilization,the under-overpass walking environment,functional diversity,and public participation.
