变形缝处双剪力墙无肋钢模板施工技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着土地资源紧缺以及建筑施工技术的发展,框架剪力墙高层建筑越来越多。依据结构设计需要,需在建筑物中设置变形缝,而变形缝通常非常狭小,因此在结构施工时,变形缝两侧剪力墙模板的支设及拆除难度较大。该文详细介绍了一套完整的无肋钢模板施工工艺,并对施工工序进行了调整优化,有效地解决了变形缝处模板加固、拆除的难题,保证了变形缝处混凝土结构的施工质量。 With the shortage of land resources and the development of construction technology,there are more and more high-rise buildings with frame shear walls.For the needs of structural design,deformation joints should be set in the building.However,deformation joints are usually very narrow,so the setting up and dismantling of the shear wall formwork on both sides of the deformation joints are very tough during the construction of the structure.This paper introduced a complete set of construction technology for ribless steel formwork,and adjusted and optimized the construction process,which effectively solves the problem of formwork strengthening and dismantling at the deformation joints,and ensures the construction quality of the concrete structure at the deformation joints.
