摘要
采用L9(34)正交试验设计,开展了不同处理时间对东部白松种子活力测定、发芽势和发芽率的影响试验。结果表明:酒精处理时间(A)对提高种子发芽势、冷水浸泡时间(B)和层积处理时间(C)对提高种子发芽势和发芽率均达到显著水平(P<0.05),3个因素对种子活力测定影响未达到显著水平(P>0.05),影响种子活力测定、发芽势和发芽率的主次水平的因素排序均为C>B>A,提高种子活力的较佳组合为A1B2C3和A1B3C3,即在冷水中浸泡7~14 d,种子和沙子体积比1∶3混合均匀,放在密闭塑料盒中,置于4℃的冰箱内层积处理60 d,效果最佳。
In this paper,experiments on the effect of different treatment time on seed vigor determination,germination potential and germination rate of Pinus strobus were carried out used by L9(34)orthogonal experiment design.The results showed that alcohol treatment time(A)had a significant effect on improving seed germination potential(P<0.05),cold water soaking time(B)and stratification treatment time(C)reached significant level(P<0.05)for improving seed germination potential and germination rate.The effect of 3 factors on seed vigor determination did not reach significant level(P>0.05),the order of factors affecting the primary and secondary levels of seed vigor,germination potential and germination rate was C>B>A,the better combination to improve the seed vigor was A1B2C3 and A1B3C3,namely,after soaked in cold water for 7 to 14 days,the seeds and sand were mixed evenly with the volume ratio of 1∶3,placed in a sealed plastic box and placed in a refrigerator at 4℃for 60 days with stratification treatment,the best results were obtained.
