旋覆花扦插繁殖试验研究

Experimental Study on Cutting Propagation of Inula japonica Thunb.

本文从基质类型、扦插月份和激素处理三个方面对旋覆花进行了扦插对比试验研究。结果表明:最佳基质为草炭土、珍珠岩(体积比为3∶1),最佳月份为6月,最佳激素是质量浓度为100 mg·L^-1的NAA。

In this paper,a comparative experiment was carried out on the cutting of Inula japonica Thunb.from three aspects,which were stroma type,cutting month and hormone treatment.The results showed that the best cutting stroma was turfy soil and perlite(the volume ratio was 3∶1),the best cutting month was June,the optimal hormone was NAA with a mass concentration of 100 mg·L^-1.
