摘要
铁路车辆在运行过程中长时间处于封闭状态,车内使用的材料释放TVOC会造成车内空气污染,影响乘客舒适度,甚至危害其身体健康。文章利用紫外光解联合常温催化氧化净化技术设计出一种单体VOCs净化设备,并使用该设备对未出厂的车辆内部VOCs进行净化实验验证。实验结果表明:该净化设备对车内TVOC的去除率可达到80%,净化效果良好;且对整个车内TVOC的去除率随着紫外灯功率、入口风量的增加而呈现上升趋势;受紫外灯排布位置的影响,越靠近灯箱出气口(灯箱两端口的灯管除外)对车内TVOC的去除率越高。
Railway train is enclosed for a long time in the process of running operation and the TVOC released from the materials causes air pollution inside,affecting the comfort of passengers and even endanger their health.This paper describes a design of a kind of VOCs purification equipment using ultraviolet photodegradation with ambient temperature catalytic oxidation purification technology,and the equipment is tested by using the ex-works vehicles,verifying that the VOCs is purified inside the vehicle.The experimental results show that the TVOC removal rate in the vehicle reaches 80%,and the purification effect is satisfactory,and the TVOC removal rate in the whole vehicle increases with the increase of the power of the ultraviolet lamp and the inlet air volume.With the arrangement position of the ultraviolet lamp,the closer the outlet position of the lamp box(except the two port lamps of the lamp box)is,the higher the TVOC removal rate in the vehicle is.
