摘要
页岩气固井不同于页岩油或者常规地层固井,水泥环外气体压力容易使页岩气气体窜入水泥浆,在固化后的水泥环中形成一条完整的气窜通道。而室内评价页岩气固井质量研究难以模拟地层高压气层环境,因此需要结合现场的实际固井质量评价手段。主要介绍目前川渝区块页岩气井固井质量评价方法应用现状,并提出固井质量综合评价方法,旨在为现场页岩气固井质量评价提供一定参考作用。
Shale gas cementing is different from shale oil or conventional formation cementing.The gas pressure outside the cement sheath is easy to cause shale gas channeling into the cement slurry,forming a complete gas channeling channel in the solidified cement sheath.However,it is difficult to simulate the high-pressure gas reservoir environment in laboratory evaluation of shale gas cementing quality,so it is necessary to combine with the actual cementing quality evaluation methods in the field.This paper mainly introduces the application status of cementing quality evaluation methods for shale gas wells in Sichuan Chongqing block,and puts forward a comprehensive evaluation method for cementing quality,aiming to provide certain reference for field shale gas cementing quality evaluation.
