醒脑开窍针法联合等速肌力训练治疗脑卒中后偏瘫临床观察

目的:观察醒脑开窍针法联合等速肌力训练治疗脑卒中后偏瘫对神经及运动功能的影响。方法:80例分为两组,对照组38例行等速肌力训练,观察组42例行醒脑开窍针法联合等速肌力训练。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组神经功能评分较治疗前下降(P<0.05)、运动功能评分较治疗前上升(P<0.05),且观察组变动幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑开窍针法联合等速肌力训练治疗脑卒中后偏瘫可提高临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with isokinetic muscle training on nerve and motor function in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:Eighty cases were divided into two groups randomly.38 cases in the control group received isokinetic muscle strength training while 42 cases in the observation group received acupuncture combined with isokinetic muscle strength training.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the neurological function scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the motor function scores were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group had a greater range of change(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with isokinetic muscle training can improve the clinical efficacy of hemiplegia after stroke.
