针刺结合加味芍药甘草汤治疗脑卒中后偏瘫临床研究

目的:观察针刺结合加味芍药甘草汤治疗脑卒中后偏瘫的疗效。方法:86例随机分为研究组与对照组各43例。两组均给与针刺治疗,研究组加用加味芍药甘草汤治疗。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后研究组上肢与下肢运动功能FMA评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后研究组NIHSS评分与CSS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合加味芍药甘草汤治疗脑卒中偏瘫可提高疗效。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined with Jiawei Shaoyao Gancao Decoction on hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:86 cases were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with acupuncture,and the study group was treated with Jiawei Shaoyao Gancao Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FMA scores of the upper and lower limbs of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The NIHSS score and CSS score of the study group after treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Jiawei Shaoyao Gancao Decoction could improve the curative effect of hemiplegia after stroke.
