雷公藤多苷联合来氟米特治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效观察

目的:观察雷公藤多苷联合来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎的效果和安全性。方法:60例随机分为对照组和研究组各30例,两组均给予来氟米特治疗,研究组加用雷公藤多苷治疗。比较两组疗效及安全性。结果:临床疗效、实验室指标改善研究组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:雷公藤多苷联合来氟米特治疗类风湿性关节炎能提高疗效,用药安全。

Objective:To observe the effect and safety of tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides combined with leflunomide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with leflunomide,and the study group was treated with tripterygium polyglycosides in addition.We compared the efficacy and safety of the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy and improvement of laboratory indicators in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides combined with leflunomide can improve the curative effect of rheumatoid arthritis,with safety.
