针刺结合扳机点穴位注射治疗原发性三叉神经痛临床观察

目的:观察针刺结合扳机点穴位注射治疗三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法:72例随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例,治疗组用针刺结合扳机点穴位注射,对照组口服卡马西平治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组94.4%、对照组75.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组视觉模拟评分(VAS)治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合扳机点穴位注射治疗三叉神经痛疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with trigger point injection on trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:72 cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with trigger point injection while the control group was treated with carbamazepine orally.Results:The total effective rate was 94.4%in the treatment group and 75.0%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in visual analog scale(VAS)before and after treatment and between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with trigger point injection has a good effect on trigeminal neuralgia.
