浮针结合超短波治疗鹅足滑囊炎临床观察

目的:观察浮针结合超短波治疗鹅足滑囊炎的临床疗效。方法:58例随机分为两组各29例,治疗组用浮针结合超短波治疗,对照组用普通针刺结合超短波治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组96.6%,对照组82.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后、随访1个月VAS评分、Lysholm膝关节评分治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:浮针结合超短波治疗鹅足滑囊炎疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of floating needle combined with ultrashort wave in the treatment of goose foot bursitis.Methods:58 cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 29 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with floating needle combined with ultrashort wave while the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture combined with ultrashort wave.Results:The total effective rate was 96.6%in the treatment group and 82.8%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and Lysholm knee score of the treatment group were better than those of the control group after one month follow-up(P<0.05).Conclusion:Floating needle combined with ultrashort wave has a better therapeutic effect on goose foot bursitis.
