摘要
以氨基磺酸−甲酰胺非水溶液作为电解液,对激光选区熔化钛合金TC4进行电解抛光。初步研究了电流密度和加工时间对不同构建角度的钛合金抛光后表面粗糙度和材料去除量的影响。在电流密度1 A/cm2和极间距14 mm的条件下抛光25 min时光整效果最佳,钛合金的耐蚀性得到增强,硬度无明显变化。
A nonaqueous solution mainly composed of sulfamic acid and formamide was used as the electrolyte for electrolytic polishing of selectively laser-melted TC4 titanium alloy.The effects of current density and polishing time on the surface roughness and material removal amount of TC4 titanium alloys with different construction angles after polishing were studied.The finishing effectiveness was the best after polishing at a current density of 1 A/cm2 and an inter-electrode space of 14 mm for 25 min.The corrosion resistance of TC4 titanium alloy was improved while its hardness slightly changed after polishing.
