摘要
以2018年第十三次全国民营企业抽样调查中长三角民营企业为样本,基于企业社会责任视角,对民营企业家的身份进行了不同的区分,实证研究了民营企业家身份对企业慈善捐赠、环保投入等社会责任表现的影响。研究发现:(1)民营企业家的行业身份即行业协会或工商联成员对企业的社会责任表现具有显著的正向影响。(2)企业家加入工商联组织对企业社会责任的影响要大于民间行业协会,民间行业协会的作用要强于有政府背景的行业协会。本文结论提供了民营企业履行社会责任背后的原因,对如何引导民营企业社会责任事业高质量发展具有一定的政策意义。
Based on the perspective of corporate social responsibility,this paper takes private enterprises as samples,and makes an empirical study on the impact of private entrepreneurs’ identity on corporate social responsibility performance.The results show that:(1)The industrial identity of private entrepreneurs,that is,members of trade associations or federation of industry and commerce,has a significant positive impact on the CSR performance of enterprises.(2)The influence of entrepreneurs joining the federation of industry and commerce on corporate social responsibility is greater than that of nongovernmental trade associations,which are more powerful than those with government background.The conclusion of this paper provides the reasons behind the implementation of corporate social responsibility and has certain policy significance for the development of social responsibility of private enterprises.
