信息化时代的到来,加速了我国产业升级的进程,如何打造自动化以及智能化的工业生产模式不仅是工业4.0建设的需要,也是我国社会各界广泛关注的热点问题。产业机器人的应用能够提升工业生产效率,满足日趋精细化的生产管理需要。然而,与欧美等发达国家相比,我国的产业机器人无论是自动化水平,还是智能化水平均存在明显的短板。提升产业机器人电气自动化技术水平,不仅能够完善产业机器人的功能,还能够提升产业机器人的应用质量。本文从产业机器人的视角出发,论述了产业机器人电气自动化技术的优化思路,希望能够提升产业机器人应用水平的同时,满足产业升级的建设需要。

The advent of the information age has accelerated the process of industrial upgrading in Our country.How to create an automatic and intelligent industrial production mode is not only the need of industry 4.0 construction,but also a hot issue widely concerned by all sectors of society in Our country.The application of industrial robots can improve industrial production efficiency and meet the needs of more and more refined production management.However,compared with developed countries such as Europe and America,China's industrial robots have obvious shortcomings in both automation level and intelligence level.Upgrading the level of electrical automation technology of industrial robots can not only improve the functions of industrial robots,but also improve the application quality of industrial robots.From the perspective of industrial robots,this paper discusses the optimization idea of electrical automation technology of industrial robots,hoping to improve the application level of industrial robots and meet the construction needs of industrial upgrading.
