基于制度经济学的互联网企业微探

Micro Exploration of Internet Enterprises Based on Institutional Economics

当前,中国“互联网+”正处于一个高速发展的时期。结合新制度经济学中的交易费用、监督与激励、委托代理关系等对互联网企业进行研究,认为从制度经济学的角度看,互联网技术对于减少信息的不对称、削弱资产的专用性,进而减少机会主义,最终降低交易费用具有重要作用。同时,员工知识化、技术化的特征以及复杂化的委托代理关系也对互联网企业的发展提出了新的要求。在此基础上,提出在“互联网+”不断深化发展的过程中,要加强理论建设,通过制度创新提高“互联网+”发展质量,促进经济社会更好更快发展。

China’s“Internet plus”is in a period of rapid development.Combined with the transaction costs,supervision and incentive,principal-agent relationship in the neoinstitutional economics,this paper studies the Internet enterprises.It believes that from the perspective of institutional economics,Internet technology plays an important role in reducing information asymmetry,weakening the specificity of assets,reducing opportunism,and ultimately reducing transaction costs.At the same time,the knowledge-based and technical characteristics of employees and the complex trust agency relationship also put forward new requirements for the development of Internet enterprises.It proposes that in the process of“Internet plus”deepening development,we should strengthen theoretical construction,improve the quality of“Internet plus”development through system innovation,and promote the better and faster development of the economic society.
