摘要
针对华南农业大学的本科生,以问卷调查的方式获得有效样本525个,并运用分组差异检验及独立样本t检验等统计分析方法,研究不同创业意愿的大学生是否存在人格特质差异,以及在哪些人格特质上存在差异等问题。研究结果表明,与不具有创业意愿的大学生相比,有创业意愿的学生更具创新性,具有更大的控制源以及更为警觉。高等教育机构可以转变创业教育内容,通过丰富创业知识储备、注重创业能力培养等途径培养大学生人格特质,以增强大学生的创业意愿。
Through the study of undergraduate students of South China Agricultural University,525 effective samples were obtained by questionnaire survey,and statistical analysis methods such as group difference test and independent sample t-test were used to study whether there were differences in personality traits among college students with different entrepreneurial intentions,and what personality traits were different.The results show that students who are willing to start a business are more innovative,have greater control and are more alert than college students who do not have the will to start a business.Higher education institutions can transform the content of entrepreneurship education and cultivate the personality traits of college students by enriching the pool of entrepreneurial knowledge and cultivating entrepreneurial ability,so as to enhance their willingness to start a business.
