摘要
采用以水性聚氨酯为主剂,以异氰酸聚亚甲基聚亚苯基酯和异氰酸根合苯为固化剂的无醛胶黏剂,制备三层实木复合地板,探究表板拼接热压时间,合板开口陈放时间、热压时间、热压温度等因素对三层实木复合地板性能的影响。结果表明,合板开口陈放时间、热压时间、热压温度对其性能影响较大,在表板拼接热压时间50 s,合板开口陈放时间3 min内、热压时间300 s、温度85℃时,制得的地板的表面耐冷热循环、表面耐龟裂和浸渍剥离性能较好。
Three layer engineered flooring was prepared by formaldehyde free adhesive with waterborne polyurethane as main agent,isocyanate polymethylene polyphenylene ester and isocyanate benzene as curing agent.The effects of hot pressing time of surface veneer bonding,opening aging time,pressing time and temperature on the performance of three layer engineered flooring were investigated.The results showed that the open aging time,hot pressing time and hot pressing temperature of flooring had influence on its performance.When the hot pressing time of surface veneer bonding was 50 s,the opening aging time was 3 min,the hot pressing temperature of flooring was 85℃and the hot pressing time of floorin was 300 s,the flooring had good performance of resistance to cracking surface,resistance to high-low temperature cycle and dip peeling.
