摘要 使用拓扑优化算法对悬臂梁结构进行优化分析,通过瞬态动力学和谐响应分析验证悬臂梁稳定性能的提升和滞后时间的大小。在瞬态动力学中对优化前后的悬臂梁在10Hz和100Hz频率下进行仿真计算分析,计算出悬臂梁自由端Z向的位移响应曲线;在谐响应分析中计算0~500Hz范围内滞后相位角与频率、幅值与频率的变化关系曲线。结果表明,在瞬态动力学分析中,优化后的悬臂梁响应曲线与参考曲线最为接近,根据谐响应曲线可以计算出不同频率下悬臂梁的滞后时间。 The topology optimization algorithm was used to optimize the cantilever beam structure,and the transient dynamics harmonious response analysis was used to verify the improvement of the stability performance of the cantilever beam and the size of the lag time.In the transient dynamics,the cantilever beam before and after optimization was analyzed at 10 Hz and 100 Hz frequency,and the displacement response curve of the free end of the cantilever beam was calculated.In the harmonic response analysis,the relationship curve between the lag phase angle and frequency,and amplitude and frequency in the range of 0~500 Hz was calculated.The results showed that in the transient dynamic analysis,the optimized response curve of the cantilever beam was the closest to the reference curve.The lag time of the cantilever beam at different frequencies could be calculated according to the harmonic response curve.
