摘要
基于国家重点科研项目11000 m载人潜水器水面支持保障系统研制的子课题输转系统研究,设计满足恶劣海况的输转系统轨道车结构。同时通过力学分析计算,掌握轨道车的运动状态,采用有限元分析软件对轨道车主体框架结构进行仿真分析,了解其应力分布情况,并对轨道车结构进行优化,保证轨道车的安全可靠。
Based on the research of the sub-topic transfer system of the surface support support system of the 11000 m manned submersible vehicle,which is one of the national key scientific research projects,the rail car structure of the transfer system is designed to meet the severe sea conditions.At the same time,through the mechanical analysis and calculation,the track car movement state is mastered,using the finite element analysis software to carry on the simulation analysis to the track car main body frame structure,its stress distribution is understood,and the optimization to the track car structure is carried on to ensure the safety and reliability of rail cars.
