屈曲T型振动能量采集器压电性能对比

摘要 通过有限元分析建立屈曲T型振动能量采集器模型进行数值模拟研究。基于ANSYS软件的结构-电耦合场对屈曲T型梁振动能量采集器进行模态分析和谐响应分析,研究屈曲T型振动能量采集器不同结构尺寸对发电效应的影响并与同规格悬臂梁模型结果进行对比。分析发现:屈曲T型梁结构尺寸变化对发电效应的影响趋势与悬臂梁相同,发电效应随着基板长度的增大而增强,基板宽度越大,T型梁振动能量采集器的发电效应增大;T型梁对比悬臂梁有更大的采集幅频宽度,同时电压峰值也更大。对比结果表明:屈曲T型压电梁相比于悬臂梁拥有更好的发电特性。 A buckling T-type shaped vibration energy harvester model is established for numerical simulation by finite element analysis method.Based on the structural electrical coupling field of ANSYS software,the modal and harmonic response of the buckled T-type vibration energy harvester are analyzed.The influence of different structural dimensions of the buckled T-type vibration energy harvester on the power generation effect is studied,and the results are compared with the cantilever beam model of the same specification.It is found that the influence trend of the size change of buckling T-type structure on the power generation effect is the same as that of cantilever beam.The power generation effect increases with the increase of the length of the base plate.The larger the width of the base plate is,the greater the power generation effect of T-type vibration energy harvester is.Compared with cantilever beam,T-type piezoelectric has larger acquisition amplitude and frequency width,and at the same time,the voltage peak value is also larger.The results show that the buckling T-type piezoelectric beam has better power generation characteristics than the cantilever beam.
