摘要
通过对液压式可调螺距螺旋桨调距速率特性、实际需求的调距时间等方面进行分析,发现目前国内相关规范或标准中规定的调距时间已不适用于大尺寸可调螺距螺旋桨,提出相对合理的调距时间给定原则建议,并给出2个实例说明合理放宽要求的时间指标给液压系统设计带来的好处,供船舶推进系统及可调螺距螺旋桨使用者或设计者参考。
Through the analysis of the speed characteristics of controllable pitch propeller driven by hydraulic and the actual time required for setting pitch,it is found that the adjustable time specified in the relevant domestic codes or standards is no longer suitable for the large-scale controllable pitch propeller.A relatively reasonable principle of pitch setting time is recommended,and two examples are given to illustrate the benefits of reasonably extending the setting time to the design of hydraulic system,which offers reference for users and designers of ship propulsion system and controllable pitch propeller.
