摘要
以某自升式钻井平台空调主机为例,通过对压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器、节流装置等4个主要部件进行选型计算,反证机组的实际配置是否满足设计要求,同时校核厂家的设备选型是否合理。相应介绍了4个重要部件的选型原则或计算方法及计算过程中参数的选择、公式的应用等。将计算结果和实际选型参数进行比较,机组部件实际配置的余量约为10%,完全满足设计预期,且没有冗余,符合设计要求。结合后期系统调试的实际数据,进一步验证机组的实际运行效果,同时验证方法的可行性。
Taking the main air conditioner of a jack-up drilling platform as an example,through the selection calculation of compressor,condenser,evaporator and throttling device,the actual configuration of the unit can meet the design requirements.At the same time,whether the manufacturer's equipment selection is reasonable is checked.The selection principle or calculation method of 4 important components,the selection of parameters and the application of formula in the calculation process are introduced.Compared with the actual parameters,the actual configuration allowance of the unit components is about 10%,which fully meets the design expectation without unnecessary waste and meets the design requirements.Combined with the actual data of later system commissioning,the actual operation effect of the unit is further verified,and the feasibility of the method is verified.
