摘要
针对涂装车间VOCs处理技术进行探讨,通过几种VOCs处理方法优缺点比较,结合涂装车间特殊环境特点进行分析。研究结果表明:涂装车间使用吸附法和催化燃烧法进行VOCs处理,可以大大减少涂装车间VOCs含量,使其达到排放标准,减少安全隐患。
The treatment technology of VOCs in coating workshop is discussed.The advantages and disadvantages of several treatment methods of VOCs are compared,and the special environment characteristics of coating workshop are analyzed.The results show that the VOCs content in coating workshop can be greatly reduced by adsorption method and catalytic combustion method,which can meet the emission standards and reduce the potential safety hazards.
