中医药院校实践学期教育质量因素分析及优化策略

摘要 实践是大学生成长成才的必经之路,实践学期正是顺应改革需求产生的一种实践教学新模式,学生通过参与灵活多样的实践环节,加强对社会的认知、行业的认知和专业的认知,以此发现自身不足,激发主动学习的动力,明确自身的职业规划。本文分通过分析实践学期教育质量的影响因素,提出加强实践基地的建设与考核、完善指导教师的遴选与培养、提升校院两级管理水平和质量、注重科学性考核与时效性评价,是不断提升实践学期教学质量的关键,从而进一步提升学校本科人才培养质量。 Practice is the only way for college students to grow up and become talented. Practice semester is a new mode of practical teaching which is produced in accordance with the needs of reform. Students can strengthen their cognition of society,industry and specialty through participating in flexible and diverse practical links, so as to find out their inadequacy, stimulate the motivation of active learning and clarify their own career planning. This paper analyzes the factors influencing the quality of practical term education, and puts forward that strengthening the construction and assessment of practice base, improving the selection and training of guidance teachers, improving the management level and quality of the school and college, paying attention to scientific assessment and timeliness evaluation are the key to continuously improve the teaching quality in the practical period, so as to further improve the quality of undergraduate talents training in the school.
