本文基于“赛教习”高技能人才培养模式,将工匠工坊应用到教学中,重点就工匠工坊教学形式、评价考核、管理、优点等方面进行阐述。最后,文章就基于“赛教习”协同高技能人才培养模式培养的毕业生的就业情况和普通毕业生就业的情况进行了对比分析。

In this paper,based on the training mode of"competition teaching and learning",the crafisman workshop is applied to teaching,focusing on the teaching form,evaluation,management,advantages and other aspects of the craftsman workshop.Finally,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the employment situation of graduates and ordinary graduates based on the"competition teaching and learning"collaborative high skilled personnel training mode.
