摘要
本科院校肩负培养面向生产建设管理一线需要高级人才的使命,需要具有坚实力量基础与较强应用能力的双师型师资,如何建设具有现代教育理念、结构合理、特色鲜明,满足本科院校教育发展需要的双师型教学团队,是本科院校面临的重要课题。目前很多院校与政府合作办学,合作发展等方面建立了较好的平台,但由于中小学与本科院校教育存在价值取向差异,政校行协同创新平台对高校师资队伍建设未形成最大合力等因素,以地方本科院校为例,对本科院校教师教育现状进行分析,通过协同创新理论,积极探索高校教师教育协同创新机制对策。
Undergraduate colleges and universities shoulder the mission of training high-level talents for production, construction and management, and need double qualified teachers with solid foundation and strong application ability. How to build a double qualified teaching team with modern education concept, reasonable structure and distinctive characteristics to meet the needs of education development of undergraduate colleges and universities is an important topic faced by undergraduate colleges. At present, many colleges and universities have established a good platform for cooperation in running schools and cooperative development with the government. However, due to the differences in the value orientation between primary and secondary schools and undergraduate education, the collaborative innovation platform of politics, school and industry has not formed the maximum resultant force for the construction of teaching staff in colleges and universities, and actively explore the mechanism of collaborative innovation of university teacher education.
