高校学生思想政治教育内化中心理契约形成研究

Research on the Formation of Psychological Contract in the Internalization of Ideological and Political Education of College Students

习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上提出:"做好高校思想政治工作,要因事而化、因时而进、因势而新,要提升思想政治工作的亲和力和针对性,满足学生成长发展需求和期待。"①教师与学生心理契约的达成,关注学生心理需要和情感期待,有利于高校思想政治教育工作内化。通过调查,高校师生师生心理契约还未完全达成,从情感需求、价值认同、成效期望、组织环境等因素分析其原因,从而提高高校思想政治教育内化效果。

General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward at the National Conference on Ideological and political work in Colleges and Universities: "doing well in Ideological and political work in colleges and universities should be changed because of things,because of time and progress and new situations. We should enhance the affinity and pertinence of Ideological and political work and meet the needs and expectations of students’ growth and development." The conclusion of the psychological contract between teachers and students, paying attention to students’ psychological needs and emotional expectations, is conducive to the internalization of Ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Through the investigation, the psychological contract between teachers and students in colleges and universities has not been fully reached. This paper analyzes the reasons from the emotional needs, value identification, effect expectation, organizational environment and other factors, so as to improve the internalization effect of Ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
