“课程思政”理念下大学生职业规划与就业指导课程教学改革探析

On the Teaching Reform of College Students’ Career Planning and Employment Guidance under the Concept of "Curriculum Ideological and Political"

现如今,面对当前国家素质教育的形势和现状,为了能够培养出更多高素质、高技能的优秀毕业生,高校在开展大学生职业规划与就业指导课程教学时,要重视课程思政教育理念与思维的融入与渗透,不断培养大学生综合素养与道德品质,使得大学生能够更好地在自己擅长领域中发光发热,更好地树立正确的人生价值理念和职业观,促进大学生更好地实现就业与从业。本文主要对"课程思政"理念下大学生职业规划与就业指导课程教学改革方法与策略进行研究与讨论,通过对课程思政概念、内涵的了解与掌握,并积极的运用课程思政的理念与思维来推动大学生职业规划与就业指导课程得到更好地改革和创新,推动大学生更加顺利的从业与就业,促进大学生取得更好地发展。

Nowadays, in the face of the current situation and status of national quality education, in order to cultivate more high-quality and high skilled outstanding graduates, colleges and universities should pay attention to the integration and penetration of Ideological and political education concept and thinking in the course of career planning and employment guidance for college students, so as to continuously cultivate college students’ comprehensive quality and moral quality, so as to make college students better in the teaching of career planning and employment guidance, to better establish the correct concept of life values and professional outlook, to promote college students to better achieve employment and employment. This paper mainly studies and discusses the teaching reform methods and strategies of college students’ career planning and employment guidance course under the concept of "curriculum ideological and political", through the understanding and mastery of the concept and connotation of curriculum ideological and political, and actively using the concept and thinking of curriculum ideological and political to promote the reform and innovation of college students’ career planning and employment guidance course,and promote college students to be more smooth and promote the development of college students.
