摘要
"幼儿园班级管理"是一门实用性和实践性非常突出的课程,为更好的培养学生的实践能力和研究能力,笔者改变传统的教学模式,探索出微课题研学的教学模式。这种教学模式以学生为主体,激发学生学习的主动性和积极性,让学生在做中学,做中求进步,提高学生的实践力、创造力和研究力。
"Kindergarten class management" is a very practical and practical course. In order to better cultivate students’ practical ability and research ability, the author changes the traditional teaching mode and explores the teaching mode of micro topic research. This teaching mode takes students as the main body, stimulates students’ learning initiative and enthusiasm, makes students learn by doing, seeks progress in doing, and improves students’ practical ability, creativity and research ability.
