摘要
随着社会经济的飞速发展,大学生面临着更加复杂的学习和就业状态。在心理教育中,叙事心理疗法作为心理学研究中获得深度资料的重要手段,能够借助于对个案的研究,实现对大学生情绪状态的深度剖析,从而为大学生带来更加积极的教育效果。心理学家表明,叙事心理疗法对改善抑郁症康复期大学生具备重要的作用,借助于科学的心理疏导和教育,能够帮助学生获取积极的情感因子,使处于抑郁症康复期的大学生能够获得积极的成长。本文围绕叙事心理疗法的概念,结合其在改善抑郁症康复期大学生情绪状态上的突出表现进行探究,供大家借鉴参考。
With the rapid development of social economy, college students are facing more complex learning and employment status. In psychological education, narrative psychotherapy, as an important means to obtain in-depth information in psychological research, can realize in-depth analysis of college students’ emotional state with the help of case study, so as to bring more positive educational effect to college students. Psychologists have shown that narrative psychotherapy plays an important role in improving college students in the recovery period of depression. With the help of scientific psychological counseling and education, it can help students obtain positive emotional factors and enable them to obtain positive growth. This paper focuses on the concept of narrative psychotherapy, combined with its outstanding performance in improving the emotional state of college students in the recovery period of depression for reference.
