乙酰乙酸钙对碳酸盐基红军标语地仗层的加固研究

摘要 红军标语是不可再生的文化遗产,从技术层面对红军标语的保护研究鲜见报道,且传统的加固材料失效后易对文物基材造成二次损坏。本研究合成出环境友好型水溶性加固剂乙酰乙酸钙,通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等方法对制备的加固剂及加固试样进行表征,得到其加固机理为乙酰乙酸钙在环境作用下,转化成层片状碳酸钙,对碳酸盐基地仗层裂隙、孔洞起到粘接、填充和加固作用,与基材具有良好的相容性。通过耐紫外光老化、耐冻融循环、耐可溶盐侵蚀、耐水侵蚀和耐酸雨侵蚀试验,证明了该加固剂对碳酸盐基红军标语地仗层试样具有良好的加固效果。 The red army slogan is a non-renewable cultural heritage,and the research on the protection of red army slogan from the technical perspective has been rarely reported.When the traditional reinforcement material fails,it is easy to cause secondary damage to the cultural relics of the base layer material.Therefore an environmentally friendly water-soluble calcium acetoacetate(CFW)reinforcement agent was prepared.The reinforcing agent and samples were characterized by infrared spectrometer(FT-IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),etc.The results showed that the lamellar calcium carbonate produced by the degradation of calcium acetoacetate under the environment could bond,fill and strengthen the cracks and holes in the carbonate base layer,and showed good compatibility with the base material.It was proved that the reinforcing agent provided good reinforcing effect on carbonate base layer of red army slogan,through the tests of UV,freeze-thaw cycle,soluble salt erosion,water erosion and acid rain erosion.
