Evaluation of Primary School Teaching Zone Division using Real Property Survey Data

不动产权籍调查数据的出现为教育资源空间分布和可达性分析提供了更多的选择。以无锡市梁溪区为研究区域,结合权籍调查数据和施教区信息,利用创建泰森多边形、多环缓冲区等分析工具,引入距离户数累积频率指标,对3所小学进行实例分析。研究认为,利用权籍调查数据,以幢级别的空间尺度、户室级别的属性特征,结合施教区(学区)的具体划分,使用距离户数累积频率指标,能够翔实可靠地分析和评价施教区划分的合理性,并依此得出优化的具体方向。

With the advent of real property survey data,there are more options can be offered to the analysis of education resource spatial distribution and accessibility.Combining with real property survey data and teaching zone information,analysis tools of Create Thiessen Polygons and Multiple Ring Buffer were used to analyze examples of 3 primary schools from Liangxi District,Wuxi City,where is the study area,and an index of distance-household cumulative frequency(DHCF)was introduced in the study.After the research,it is believed that the index of DHCF is beneficial to evaluate the teaching zone division of schools,in the spatial scale of building level and characteristic scale of household level,and which is also useful to put forward an optimization direction of the zone division.
