基于已有地理国情普查成果和最新的基础性地理国情监测成果,结合收集到的国土、规划、经济、人口、交通等专题资料数据,开展对哈长城市群空间格局变化监测,掌握哈长城市群范围内的自然资源分布、经济发展状况、产业结构、交通状况、城市群健康等信息,为城市群规划建设、国土资源节约集约利用等提供数据支撑和技术保障。

This paper is based on the existing results of the survey data of geographic national condition and the latest monitoring results of basic geographic national condition,combined with the collected data of land,planning,economy,population,transportation and other special data,carries out the monitoring of the spatial pattern change of Harbin Changchun City Group,masters the distribution of natural resources,economic development status,industrial structure,traffic status,urban group health and other information within the scope of Harbin Changchun City Group,provides data support and technical support for city group planning and construction,land and resources conservation and intensive utilization.
