数字城市地理空间框架是空间信息基础设施的重要组成部分,是经济社会信息化发展的基础平台。本文以任丘市数字城市地理空间框架建设项目为背景,介绍了地理信息公共平台建设的总体设计、基础地理信息数据库建设、地理信息公共平台的应用,实现了数字城市地理空间框架建设的设计与应用。平台建设达到了预期效果,促进了当地地理空间信息的广泛深入应用,为政府科学决策和高效服务提供了基础平台,为其他城市地理空间框架建设提供理论和实践参考。

The geospatial framework of digital city is an important part of spatial information infrastructure and a basic platform for the development of economic and social informatization.Based on the construction project of geospatial framework of digital city in Renqiu city,this paper introduces the overall design of the construction of geographic information public platform,the construction of basic geographic information database,and the application of geographic information public platform,realizes the design and application of the construction of geospatial framework of digital city.The platform construction achieved the expected effect,promoted the extensive and in-depth application of local geospatial information,provided a basic platform for scientific decisions and efficient service of the government,and provided theoretical and practical reference for the construction of geospatial framework in other cities.
