产教协同背景下高职院校增材制造技术专业路径探索

随着增材制造产业的快速发展,专业人才亟待补强。高素质技能型人才是产业发展中不可或缺的人力资源。职业教育作为高素质技能型人才培养的重要途径,为推动产业高质量发展发挥了重要支撑作用。专业建设是推动职业教育发展、提高人才培养质量的落脚点。为更有效地服务区域产业经济发展,积极探索产教协同背景下的高职院校增材制造技术专业建设路径尤为必要。文中提出了基于增材制造生产过程的课程体系的构建思路,有效实现教学内容与生产实际的技术同步,人才培养与岗位需求的衔接。

With the rapid development of industry,the talents of additive manufacturing need to be strengthened.The vocational education supports the high-quality development of the industry as the way to cultivate high-quality skilled talents.Specialty construction is the foothold of vocational education development.It is necessary to explore the construction path of the specialty of additive manufacturing in Higher Vocational Colleges under the background of School-enterprise cooperation.This paper puts forward the construction idea of curriculum system based on production process.It can realize the synchronization of teaching content and production practice.
