This paper focuses on the student guidance of the construction engineering drawing skills competition, and summarizes the experience and accumulation in seven aspects: Leaders’ attention, strong guarantee, studying regulations, making plans and selecting students, screening, uniting and cooperating at all levels, uniting and cooperating with one another, simulating the competition and training process, strictly checking the pass, guiding before the competition and paying attention to details.
