摘要
培养学生创新思维是创新型人才培养的重要举措,新时代大学生创新思维能力的发展存在不平衡不充分问题。高校辅导员是大学生最亲密、接触最多的教师之一,是师生间的重要桥梁和纽带,对于大学生创新思维培养具有特殊优势和意义,新时代辅导员是学生创新思维的导航员、创新潜能的挖掘匠、创新心理的催化员和创新文化的宣传员。
It is an important measure to cultivate innovative talents by cultivating students’ innovative thinking. The development of college students’ innovative thinking in the new era is unbalanced and insufficient. College advisors are one of the most intimate and contact teachers among college students, and they have special advantages and significance in the cultivation of students’ innovative thinking. In the cultivation of innovative thinking of college students in the new era, college counselors play the roles of navigators with innovative thinking, excavators of innovative potential, catalysts of innovative psychology and propagandists of innovative culture.
